How do I place an order?
To make a purchase, simply head to the home page or any product page by clicking one of the links in the menu bar at the top of this page. Once you find a product you're interested in, click "ADD TO CART" or "BUY NOW" and a cart will slide out from the right side of your screen. From there, just follow the prompts to complete your checkout.
What are my shipping options?
We offer multiple shipping options with USPS for domestic and international orders:
• First Class Mail- 3-5 Business Days
• Priority Mail- 2-3 Business Days
• Overnight Shipping- 1-2 Night Business Days (Usually 1 business day)
For International orders:
• USPS Priority mail (6-21 business days)
• USPS Express Mail (5-10 business days)
• DHL Express is available for faster delivery and, in most cases, is less expensive than USPS.

How soon will I receive my package?
At OMG, we strive to ship all items on the same day, as long as they are in stock. However, variations in order volume and stock availability may affect shipping times. We pride ourselves on fast shipping, but if your items are needed by a specific due date, please inform our offices accordingly.
Do You Offer Gift Wrapping?
For those looking for gift wrapping, we have you covered. Our gift wrapping service includes birthday cards, anniversary cards, or a simple thank you message, all packaged in a special box with tissue paper and a bow.

What is Pre-Order?
If you see an item in PRE ORDER status, it is currently not available in our shipping facility. PRE ORDER items are still in production, but by purchasing in advance, you can secure the item before it is in stock and potentially sells out. All PRE ORDER items/orders will be upgraded to Priority Mail free of charge. Congrats on being proactive!
Please note that PRE ORDERS usually take 4-6 weeks to ship, but may take up to 20 weeks depending on factors outside of our control. If you have a time-sensitive order, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery or shipping date.
Why Isn't my Discount Code Working?
Be sure to double check your spelling. If you are still having issues with your discount code, please reach out to our customer service team with your code and we'll be happy to help you troubleshoot.
I Forgot to Add My discount code. Can you apply it after I placed my order?
Once an order is placed we cannot retroactively apply the discount code. You are welcome to use it on a new order if it is still active.
Do you ship overseas?
YES!
We are excited to inform you that we offer worldwide shipping to all countries. Keep in mind that there may be additional charges based on your destination. Don't hesitate to contact our customer support for further information.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
Although creating an account is not required, it does offer advantages such as order tracking, quicker checkout process and easy returns. However, you can still make a purchase as a guest without having to create an account.
How can I return a product?
We make returns easy!
You have 15 days to return once you receive your purchase. We allow returns for store credit or exchange only. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
