We proudly offer the fastest and easiest exchanges! YASS! Our return policy allows for Store Credit or Exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that our policy is strictly enforced.

We process returns for store credit or exchange ONLY. We do not offer refunds to your original form of payment. All products purchased from our SALE category, ACCESSORIES, LINGERIE or BEAUTY collections, are final sale and we do not offer returns or refunds for these items.

If you purchased a regular-priced item with a discount code or a sale event, that is not in one of the final-sale categories, you can return for store-credit only.

If you purchased a regular-priced item without a discount, you may return for exchange or store credit within 15 days of receiving your purchase.

Please note, we only process one return or exchange per order.

Return Fees
If you purchased our Free Returns Coverage, the shipping fee for your return is waived. Buyers who did not purchase our Free Returns Coverage must pay the shipping fee of $7.99. We do not charge any restocking fees at the moment, however, we reserve the right to do so on a case-to-case basis.

We understand the importance of accurate representation, and while colors may vary due to screen resolution and fabric prints may have slight variations, we assure you that these are not defects. To ensure the longevity of your swimwear, please follow the care instructions on the tags, and be mindful of factors like chlorine, lotions, and hot tubs, which may impact the color and quality of your swimwear.

We understand that sometimes returns and exchanges can be a bit of a hassle, but we aim to make the process as smooth as possible for you. When returning swimwear items, we kindly ask that you ensure they meet the following requirements:

- Please return the items within 15 days of purchasing your order.
- Ensure the items are in their original packaging, unworn, free of make-up stains, and free of odor.
- Please make sure the items are accompanied by their receipt, with the panty liner and tag still attached.

For online orders, please note that returns must be sent to our online headquarters address, as they cannot be returned in-store.

If you're looking to exchange an item, we've outlined 4 easy steps to help you through the process:

1. Simply write down the size or style you wish to exchange for on the bottom part of your receipt.
2. Package the items back into their original package (if available) to save on shipping costs.
3. Take the package to any carrier of your choice and purchase a return label.
4. Ship the item(s) back to the provided address, and you're all set! We recommend using first-class shipping and adding tracking to your return. Please note that the cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility.

When it comes to shipping fees, please keep in mind that customers are responsible for the fees to send the return(s) back to OMG SWIM, as well as for the return processing time, which usually takes 3-10 business days. However, if you need your return processed more quickly, please don't hesitate to contact our offices and we will do our best to assist you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

For all purchases over $150, enjoy complimentary USPS Priority Mail shipping on national orders. Free shipping option will appear at checkout, no code necessary.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THERE ARE NO SHIPMENTS DURING WEEKENDS OR POST OFFICE HOLIDAYS; ANY ORDERS PLACED WITH EXPEDITED SHIPPING DURING THESE DAYS WILL BE MAILED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

Any orders placed after 4pm- will be shipped out the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

How long will my package take to arrive?

All orders IN STOCK leave our facility within 1-4 business days. Please note, handling time is separate from the shipping time.

This time frame might be longer depending on the amount of orders received. (Usually when we have a BIG SALE our shipment experiences delays due to the high volume of orders)

Once its been leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail automatically. Items that are on back order may take up to 6 weeks to ship out. If you need your items by a certain date, and want to confirm if product is in stock please contact our offices notifying us on your due date.

U.S.A Orders:

1. USPS First class mail (3-6 business days) (up to 16 oz; we will contact you for payment arrangements if your order exceeds the weight)

2. USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days not guaranteed)

3. USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases)

International and Canadian Orders:

-How do sizes normally run at OMG Swim?

Our swimwear items typically fit true to size, although some may run slightly smaller. If you're unsure about which size to order, we recommend choosing the larger size, as the difference is only 2 inches. Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions about the style you're interested in.
